Lindow Hall  Lindow Hall is Bowness-on-Solway's village hall. It has a busy calendar of arts and entertainment as well as offering accommodation for anyone wishing to explore Hadrian's Wall and our beautiful local area.

St Michael's Church  The church in the village is St Michael's, an active Anglican parish church. The Grade II listed building is partly built with the stones from Hadrian's Wall. The vicar, Reverend Peter Blackett, regularly comes in to school and leads assemblies.
